ABC has shared the teaser trailer for the highly anticipated Scrubs reboot, teasing the return of the hit sitcom’s main cast. This comes 15 years after the original show wrapped up its 9-season run.
“In the revival, JD and Turk scrub in together for the first time in a long time: Medicine has changed; interns have changed; but their bromance has stood the test of time,” reads the synopsis. “Characters new and old navigate the waters of Sacred Heart with laughter, heart, and some surprises along the way.”

Who is in the Scrubs reboot teaser trailer?
The video provides fans with the first look at Zach Braff, Donald Faison, and Sarah Chalke’s return as John “J.D.” Dorian, Christopher Turk, and Elliot Reid. Besides the fan-favorite trio, the teaser also features returning cast members Judy Reyes and John C. McGinley, who will be reprising their respective roles as Carla Espinosa and Perry Cox for a guest star appearance.
In addition, the teaser also introduces viewers to some of the show’s newest characters played by Vanessa Bayer, Joel Kim Booster, Ava Bunn, Jacob Dudman, David Gridley, Layla Mohammadi, and Amanda Morrow.
The revival is created and executive-produced by Bill Lawrence of Doozer Productions, with Aseem Batra set as the reboot’s showrunner. In addition to leading the cast, Braff, Faison, and Chalke are also serving as executive producers alongside Jeff Ingold and Liza Katzer for Doozer Productions and Batra. It is a production by 20th Television.
The Scrubs reboot is scheduled to make its debut on February 25 on ABC, with the first two episodes.
